Charging Guide

JUPITAL PRO – CHARGING GUIDE

1. Charging Steps

  • Power off your device before charging.
  • Always use the original or manufacturer-approved charger.
  • Plug the charger into the wall socket first, then connect it to the scooter or battery port.
  • Check the charger indicator light:
    • Red = Charging
    • Green = Fully charged
  • Unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged.
  • Close the charging port cover after charging to prevent dust or moisture.

2. Optimal Charging Conditions

  • Charge in a cool, dry, and ventilated area (10°C–30°C / 50°F–86°F).
  • Allow the battery to cool down for 15–30 minutes after a ride before charging.
  • Avoid charging under direct sunlight or near heat sources.
  • Do not charge in humid or wet environments.

3. Storage & Maintenance

  • If storing for more than a week, keep the battery at 50–70% charge.
  • Recharge every 1–2 months during long storage to prevent deep discharge.
  • Store the scooter and charger in a dry place away from extreme temperatures.

4. Battery Health Tips

  • Avoid letting the battery level drop below 10–20% frequently.
  • Frequent shallow charges are better than full discharges.
  • Unplug the charger after full charge; avoid constant overnight charging.
  • If you notice reduced range, overheating, or charging issues, check the battery condition.

5. Safety Precautions

  • Do not charge if the charger, cable, or battery appears damaged, swollen, or overheated.
  • Never expose the battery or charger to water or excessive moisture.
  • Do not modify or use third-party chargers.
  • Ensure the scooter and charging port are completely dry before charging after rain.
  • If abnormal smell, smoke, or excessive heat occurs — unplug immediately and contact support.
